Parent Teacher Conferences!!!!

So I went to parent teacher conferences last tuesday. Ethan's teacher says that he is doing really well. He is turning into a good little reader. Then I went to Hannah's classroom and the teacher says, "Have a seat. I need to go get Mr. Torgerson,(the principal). Ok by now I am a little nervous. It must be really bad or really good. They come in and a long story short, they tell me that they think that Hannah should be moved up a grade. WOW. Talk about shock. Phyl and I always knew that she was smart and more mature than other people her age. So we have decided to move Hannah to the second grade. It is really weird to think that she is skipping almost a whole grade. In the summer she will be in 3rd grade, Scary. We are kind of nervous about the social side of things but we were worried about that before too. So I guess we will try it and see how it goes. Nothing to lose I guess.

So here are some pictures of our Christmas season. The kids had their annual Christmas Operetta, they did a good job singing their songs. Hannah and Ethan got all kinds of things for christmas. Santa brought them nintendo ds's and then grandma vicky gave them a wii so they are all gamed out.

Everything was good but I am secrectly glad that it is all over with. For me there is just too much going on.

Lilly is now 8 1/2 weeks old. Wow how time flys. She is smiling at us and starting to be a lot of fun.

Finally here are some pictures. Isn't she is so cute? We love her so much. She is a great addition to our family. She is a chunky monkey now. She weighs 9 lbs 7 oz and is 22 inches long.

Thankful

So it being the Thanksgiving season I have to give thanks to all of the people in my life. First and foremost I have to thank Phyl. He is the best husband that I could ask for. People told us when we got married that our marriage would not last and that we would be divorced within 5 years. Well here we are having been married for 9 years (10 in may). He is so patient with me,esp through the last 9 months when I could cry for absolutely no reason. He has to put up with my family, (all of my parents) that can not be easy to have so many parents in law. Phyl is a great father. He spends time with them and helps me out more than he realizes. Thank you Phyl for all of your love.

My children are the best kids. Sometimes I think that I am going to go insane if they say no to me one more time but I cannot think of life without any of them, even Lilly now. They each have their own sweet spirits.

All of my parents,brothers and sisters are so good to me. I love you all. To my in laws, parents,brothers,sisters I love you all and I am so glad that I am part of the Morrill family.

Any extended family and friends I am so glad that you are in my life. Thank you for all the support that you give my family.

6 DAYS OLD!!!!

LILLY JANE MORRILL was born on Oct 29th @ 2:39 pm. She weighed 8 lbs 1 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. She is a great baby. She is still a litte bit jaundice and has to be in the bili lights, which is a really difficult thing because she is such a wiggly baby. She has to have these eye sheilds on and she usually wigglies right out of them. Other than that she is great. Hannah is such a good baby sitter already. Ethan is trying but he is a typicaly boy and has too much to do. Sorry no pictures this time for some reason I can't get it to download Sorry...
